The Doc's Week Ten Picks

At this point, I'm just finishing out the year, hoping to make you guys some money by picking against me.

Picks appear in bold.

Baltimore (+1) at Atlanta
Well, I started the week 0-1. The Ravens lost for four reasons: 1) that terrible non-call of offensive pass interference on Roddy White, 2) Joe Flacco, 3) Joe Flacco, and 4) Joe Flacco.

Cincinnati at Indianapolis (-7)
Not only are the Bengals bad, but now they have to deal with a sulking, disruptive Chad Ochocinco.

Houston (+2) at Jacksonville
If they screw me this week, I'm picking against the Texans for the rest of the year.

Tennessee (-1) at Miami
The Titans don't get nearly the respect they should. With the addition of Randy Moss, this is one of the most dangerous teams in the league.

Minnesota (-1) at Chicago
No, I do not think that the Vikings "have turned the corner." This is just a taste of how much I don't the Bears right now.

Detroit (+3) at Buffalo
The Bills may be better than their 0-8 record, but the Lions are much better than their 2-6 mark.

New York Jets (-3) at Cleveland
I just can't see the Jets falling into the same trap as the Patriots. Rex Ryan will have them ready.

Carolina at Tampa Bay (6.5)
With Jimmy Clausen at quarterback, without DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart, this one could get really, really ugly.

Kansas City (-1) at Denver
Just like "makeup can't fix ugly", bye weeks can't fix bad football teams.

St. Louis (+6) at San Francisco
I like the 49ers in this game, but that's a pretty big number for a team that's disappointed with the way their season's going.

Seattle (+3) at Arizona
I hate this game. Personally, if there was a way I could pick for both of them to lose, I would.

Dallas at New York Giants (-13.5)
I usually don't like big numbers, and this game is no exception. However, the Cowboys just don't care right now, and the Giants will not feel sorry for them.

New England at Pittsburgh (-4.5)
After last week, I'm pretty convinced the Pats are not in the Steelers class.

Philadelphia (-3) at Washington
With the Donovan McNabb situation and now word leaking that Mike Shanahan called Jerry Jones about the Cowboys' job, I think the Redskins are going to slide.

Last Week: 5-7-1
Overall: 53-70-7
